Wes Carver Electric is a fast-growing, local company of residential electricians working in Bucks and Montgomery counties. We’re looking for a detail-oriented person who gives an awesome, cheery experience to our customers, such as:

• Answering phones in a busy office with in an upbeat manner, as well as make outbound calls to existing clients, for follow up estimates, safety inspections, seasonal specials, or “happy calls” after our visits
• Manage communications with customers and any necessary follow up actions
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, using them with customer and technicians
• Prepare permits and schedule inspections when needed, keeping them current through the process

Along with the Admin Assistant, there is a potential fun marketing component too!

• Assist in administrative office duties, like scanning, filing, and organizing documents
• Be self-motivated with willing to take on additional projects and tasks as needed
• Participate in some community events during the year with other team members
• Help with creating and editing engaging campaigns, including writing, videoing, and posting on social media

Qualifications:

• Must live in Bucks or Montgomery County (our service area) and can pass drug test and national background check
• Show ability to learn new software – we provide the training
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Canva a plus
• Prefer 1-2 years of marketing experience
• Be an exceptional team player
